Honorable Delegates,

It is a great honor to announce the agenda item for our special committee: “The Harry Potter Universe.”

The Wizarding World is currently at a crossroads. The existing laws, administrative protocols, and security infrastructures are not enough to protect our people. Radical factions are targeting our financial institutions, threatening the lives of our citizens, and damaging our wizarding culture. As the current order is insufficient, it needs to be rebuilt from scratch.

Delegates, you will represent figures from the Harry Potter world to draft new, stringent laws and establish robust security protocols to dismantle dark magic networks and neutralize clandestine organizations. In your fight against these groups, you will first dismantle their smaller factions, and finally, you will eradicate the “Death Eaters” in such a way that they can never emerge again.
